Mr. Li Xinjian, born in July of 1959, is the founder and director of Beijing Navigator Law Firm. Mr. Li Xinjian graduated from China University of Politics and Law in 1991, one of the only two graduates with LL.D. degree in litigation law all over the countries that year. After he graduated from the university, he became an assistant research fellow with China University of Politics and Law. During his academic years, he was granted research prize sponsored by Huo Yingdong Education Funds in 1993, the only winner of the prize in the field of law then. In 1994, Mr. Li Xinjian made a lecturing tour to Chuo University and meanwhile made an inspection to some law firms in Japan.

ZHANG WEISHI
Mr. Zhang Weishi, partner of Beijing Navigator Law Firm, became a part-time attorney-at-law from 1986 and full-time attorney-at-law from 1999.
